In addition to her succession law focus, Bell has completed a Masters in Applied Law, majoring in Family Law. In this space, Bell can assist you with a wide range of contentious family law matters, including domestic violence, parenting matters, property settlements and child support disputes.
Bell approaches any dispute with a view to reaching a pragmatic resolution by negotiation or mediation. However, Bell recognises that this is not always possible, and in those circumstances, she is a fierce advocate who will strive to protect your rights and entitlements.
