About Alexandra

Alexandra is a Senior Associate practicing in our family law and domestic violence team, having practiced solely in these areas since her admission. She is known for her clear communication, strategic advice and commitment to achieving strong outcomes for her clients.

Alexandra has extensive experience acting in a broad range of complex and contested family law and domestic violence matters. Her family law experience notably includes high net worth property disputes involving intricate company and trust structures, binding financial agreements (including pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements) and cross-jurisdictional matters involving Mexico, Peru, Canada, England, the Netherlands, the United States of America, Poland, New Zealand and more.

Alexandra is an accredited domestic violence duty lawyer and is extremely experienced in this jurisdiction, regularly appearing for both aggrieveds and respondents.

Alexandra’s background includes:

  • High net worth property matters, including property pools involving company and/or trust structures
  • Binding financial agreements, including pre-nuptial and post-nuptial
  • International child relocation matters
  • Cross jurisdictional matters involving international parenting issues or overseas property
  • Domestic and family violence matters acting for both aggrieveds and respondents
  • Property settlements, including consent orders and binding financial agreements
  • Parenting matters, including matters involving allegations of unacceptable risk, family violence, drug use or sexual abuse

Alexandra tailors her approach to the individual needs of each client. She understands that the separation process can be daunting for everyone involved and prioritises pragmatic, cost-effective resolution through negotiation and dispute resolution processes where appropriate. Alexandra recognises that such a resolution may not always be achievable, and in those circumstances, Alexandra will fiercely advocate for her clients during court proceedings.

Outside of law, Alexandra enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and volunteering at her local surf club.
