Beth is a dedicated law clerk within our Wills and Estates Team, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws at Southern Cross University, with plans to graduate in 2025.
Beth is passionate about the intricacies of succession law and thrives on working closely with our solicitors to create tailored estate planning and administration solutions. Since joining the firm, she has made significant contributions across various facets of succession law, including:
- Drafting Standard Wills and Testamentary Trust Wills
- Establishing Discretionary Trusts and implementing Asset Protection strategies
- Preparing Enduring Powers of Attorney
- Assisting with Advance Health Directives / Advance Care Directives
- Managing Binding Death Benefit Nominations (both retail and SMSF)
- Handling Probate and Letters of Administration applications
- Supporting clients through Deceased Estate Administration
