About Emily
Emily has completed a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Griffith University.
Since joining the firm, Emily has assisted on various matters within the Family Law Team including:
- High net worth property matters
- Spousal maintenance matters
- Domestic Violence applications
- Parenting disputes comprising of serious risk concerns such as serious family violence and drug use
- Recovery applications where children have been removed from a parent’s care
- Mediations and conciliation conferences for both parenting and property matters
Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with her family and friends enjoying the Coast’s endless beaches.
She is currently undertaking her Practical Legal Training with the College of Law and is working toward being admitted into the profession in 2024.
