About Tasmin
Tasmin is a Paralegal in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution Team.
She works closely with our solicitors across a broad range of litigation matters, providing practical and efficient support to ensure each matter progresses smoothly and in accordance with court requirements. Since joining the firm, Tasmin has contributed extensively to estate disputes, assisting with:
- Preparing and organising court documents for filing and service
- Drafting correspondence and procedural documents
- Assisting in the preparation of affidavits and evidentiary material
- Coordinating service and managing compliance with court timetables
- Liaising with clients and third parties to facilitate the timely progression of matters
Prior to joining the firm, Tasmin worked in the criminal courts in New Zealand as a Registry Officer. In this role, she gained valuable court experience within a fast-paced and demanding environment, developing a strong understanding of court processes and procedure.
Tasmin is known for her attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and client-focused approach. She appreciates the sensitive and often complex nature of estate litigation and takes pride in supporting both solicitors and clients with professionalism, clarity, and care throughout every stage of the litigation process.
