About Vivian
Vivian is a solicitor in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution Team.
She graduated from Bond University with a Juris Doctor and also holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Law, which she completed prior to relocating to Australia. Vivian was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and holds a practising certificate in Queensland.
Before joining Robbins Watson, Vivian gained experience across a range of practice areas, including body corporate and strata law, personal injury law, and commercial litigation. This broad exposure has provided her with a well-rounded understanding of both contentious and advisory legal work.
Vivian assists clients with matters including:
- Commercial and corporate disputes
- Body corporate and strata disputes
- Debt recovery
- Building and construction disputes
- QCAT and NCAT matters
- Will challenges and other estate disputes
- Family provision applications
- Powers of attorney and guardianship disputes
Prior to relocating to Australia, Vivian worked in legal roles across multiple jurisdictions, including Hong Kong and China. This international experience has enhanced her adaptability, problem-solving skills, and ability to navigate complex legal and cultural issues.
Vivian is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, allowing her to assist both local and international clients with clarity and confidence. She is committed to providing practical, thorough and strategic advice, and is focused on achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients.
