Once you and your former partner have reached an agreement in relation to how the assets, liabilities and financial resources of you both should be divided, you can formalise such agreement by entering:

  • A Binding Financial Agreement; or
  • A Consent Order

Formalising your Parenting Arrangements

You are able to formalise the parenting agreement reached between you and your former partner by way of an Application for Consent Orders.

You may choose to include provisions in the Orders for overseas travel, special occasions, school holidays, long term decisions and various others.
