Emma also provides strategic advice to the firm’s commercial clients with respect to business sales and acquisitions, small and large-scale developments and subdivisions, security and loan agreements, body corporate establishment and related issues, put and call option agreements, and general commercial agreements.
Prior to joining Robbins Watson in 2020, Emma worked in house for an international clothing brand where she gained experience in commercial leasing, contract review and drafting, including licensing agreements, general terms and conditions, employment contracts, and athlete and influencer agreements. Emma also assisted senior legal counsel in navigating complex company structures, intellectual property infringements, and insolvency.
Having grown up on the Gold Coast, Emma has strong ties to the local Gold Coast Community. She is a member of the Gold Coast Chamber of Commerce, Gold Coast Junior Chamber of Commerce and Women’s Lawyers Association of Queensland.
