About Laura
Laura is a Law Clerk in our Commercial and Property Team. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) at Griffith University and is expected to graduate in 2027.
Laura assists the team with a range of commercial and property matters across Queensland and New South Wales. In her role, she supports our solicitors in the management and progression of residential and commercial property transactions, as well as related commercial matters.
Her work includes assisting with:
- Drafting Contracts for the Sale of Land
- Preparing Form 2 Seller Disclosure Statements
- Reviewing transfer documentation
- Facilitating lodgements with the Titles Offices
- Managing stamp duty lodgements
- Liaising with clients and third parties to support the timely progression of matters
Laura works closely with members of the team to ensure matters progress efficiently and smoothly. She enjoys supporting clients throughout transactions and contributing to a positive and seamless experience.
