About Tayla
Tayla is a Law Clerk in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution Team. She graduated from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) in March 2026 and is currently completing her Practical Legal Training.
Prior to joining the firm, Tayla gained experience in personal injury law, where she developed a strong foundation in client advocacy, legal research, and dispute resolution.
Her practice has since expanded to estate litigation and civil litigation, where she is involved in a broad range of contested matters, including:
- Contractual disputes
- Family provision applications
- Will disputes
- Estate disputes
- Trust disputes
- Enduring power of attorney and guardianship matters
- Debt recovery
Tayla has a particular interest in complex estate litigation and is passionate about helping clients navigate emotionally challenging disputes with practical, strategic, and commercially focused advice. She enjoys the analytical nature of litigation and is committed to achieving fair and effective outcomes through thorough preparation and attention to detail.
