About Thomas Adamson – Solicitor, Litigation and Dispute Resolution
Thomas is a solicitor in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team at Robbins Watson Solicitors. Admitted to practise in 2021, he has spent his career practising exclusively in litigation. As a third-generation solicitor, Thomas was exposed to the law from a young age and has pursued his interest in the profession ever since.
Thomas is committed to delivering commercially sound solutions for his clients, with an emphasis on achieving practical, negotiated or mediated outcomes.

Thomas has been involved in a variety of notable matters, including:

Proceedings challenging changes made to the constitution of a large charity, where those changes were made without due process

Proceedings for the enforcement of a sale contract for real property, resulting in an order for the Registrar of the District Court of Queensland to sign all documents necessary to give effect to completion of that sale contract

Securing relief for the recognition of an equitable interest in real property
